2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in India to register as a job seeker or employer. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and job listings.
3. Job seekers
LAKSHYA does not charge job seekers a registration or application fee. Never pay a third party claiming to guarantee a job through LAKSHYA. Report suspicious listings to our support team.
4. Employers
Employers must post genuine job openings with clear role details, location, and compensation. We may review, reject, or remove listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, spam, impersonate others, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
LAKSHYA connects seekers and employers but does not employ workers directly. Hirekarma is not responsible for wages, working conditions, or disputes between users, except as required by applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LAKSHYA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
